Don't get me wrong, the 28 and 32 were interesting last week. Even Urrox was pretty fun at 34. Then came Skolas. Last week's solar burn made it Gjallarhorn city and it just wasn't fun. So, that didn't bother me that the rewards weren't amazing.
Here we are in week 2 and PoE has some new stuff, right? Lvl 28 and 32, again, mostly interesting here and there. 34? If you didn't just pop a bubble and Gjallarhorn Qodron to death it was just an utter nightmare. The mechanics seemed interesting but far too many adds and far too many majors for such a small arena. Then there's Skolas. We are already at a level disadvantage when it comes to Skolas. Then it's arc burn. Now, again, unless you just knock him out with arc snipers(as opposed to Gjallarhorn last week) it's just not even a fun fight and certainly not worth the rewards. The mechanics are interesting, don't get me wrong. But with arc burn it's just a mess. I beat it twice and I'm just not sold. Too many adds for such a small space and the level disadvantage feels like a cheap and artificial way of making the fight difficult. Not to mention the rewards are hardly worth doing it for. All the armor has been all strength stats, and even the stuff you get from a Judgement's Chance just isn't making me want to run it. I don't know, this just isn't looking to be a promising end game on the PvE side.

Give it another couple of weeks and there will be a massive slump on the number of people playing PoE. It's already bored me to tears.
