These attributes(Besides super recharge) should be able to go over 100% to like 300%, so there is actual room for customization. Other wise, you're just stuck looking for armor that fits the puzzle. This is even more urgent because PoE Judgement armor likes to be all strength right now. Like seriously, if i want my Warlock's grenade charge to go through the roof but suck at everything else why can't I? Or have a Hunter who throws a knife every 15 seconds? Honestly, things would be so much more interesting this way. I honestly dont see how this could be game breaking, it would make infinite super glitch a lot easier that for sure, but thats about it. Anybody could modify their Guardian to suit their actual play style! If you are not on the edge of your seat, then you, my friend, are on the edge of bullsh**t!
