armory rerolling
i just spent over 80,000 glimmer trying to re-roll a Deadshot luna SR1 so it could have fullauto and a stability perk. Bungie why do you hate me. Why can't we buy weapon parts? The only way to get one is to spend 800 glimmer on a green weapon, and that only get you one weapon part! you need three to re-roll a weapon. Why bungie, why?

We should be able to trade armor materials for weapon parts. That would solve a lot of issues.
