Give special orders girl a buff in the tower.
So how many avid players are all out of ship/shader/emblem space?

Here's an idea (just an idea)
Give it to Tess Everis
.
Example:
Let's say you earned (cough rng) a nice emblem from dlc but you have no space and are forced to delete it.
When you earn that emblem, it would also unlock from your special orders lady.
Allowing you to buy it anytime you want.(on character that received it.)
Imagine looking at the special orders lady and seeing the ability to purchase any ship/shader/emblem you've ever received from raids/strikes/quest/pakages/crytarch/pvp.
Or when you get new gear and realized that shader you deleted a while back would have looked amazing on this new set of gear.
