So bullying was always a huge problem for me up until freshmen year. I am a junior im highschool and came across a disgusting creature on my girlfriends bus today. This fat blonde kid in the seat behind my girlfriend and i said something negative about every single person who came on the bus after my girlfriend and i. After seven or eight negative comments, i turned around stood up and called the kid out in front of everyone. Typical "what are you gonna do about it" bully statement. Told him I wasn't going to sit there and let him run his mouth at every kid who walked on, and he needed to be quiet. He then laughed. I turned around and said "some children just need to learn when to grow up" and sat down. I was the only one on the bus who said a thing... And it's not even my bus. As the bus ride continued he cowardly messed with the back of my seat, obviously trying to be annoying and obviously trying to get my attention. I ignored him and eventually my girlfriend and I got off the bus without me killing anyone. Did I do the right thing? What should come out of this? I feel horrible letting him get away with it, and I know I didn't stop him. He will probably be at it again when im not on the bus, and no one will say a thing. He's a short chubby freshmen. I could obviously win in a fight but it's not worth the punishment this close to the end of the school year. I asked a friend who sits in the other side of the bus, and apparently this is a regular thing.
