I was doing some research on the new HOW HC's and saw the fulcrum which has (to me) the nicest base stats of all new HC's and noticed it had the same Impact/ROF ratio as the base Hawkmoon. Now me being a xbox 360 user, I havent experienced this massively acclaimed gun and fought, "what is the closest thing I can get to it" after looking on various destiny database websites I realised you can get Final round and Luck In the Chamber on the same Hand cannon, so after grinding to get Crucible marks, I bought the Fulcrum and on my 5th reroll got both these perks (with a cheeky extended mag perk) This gun is essentially, 1 shot away from being Hawkmoon, its legendary and its on Xbox, its a PvP dream. The only way I can think to make this better is explosive rounds, which would make it quite good with crowds on Pvp Thoughts guys?
