Got Flawless Run on Trials but lost a game due to lagging out and wouldn't let our teammate join back
Hey, my friends and I just did a trails run, and we won our first 4 games, but when the 5th game came one of our friends (Cudi tha Kid) lagged out and me and the other tried hard to compete still while inviting him back but he could not join. We ended up losing 5 to 3 that game then went on to win our next 5, putting us at a perfect run minus the mix up in the middle. First of all, I think he should have been able to join back off of an invite and if he did, I am very confident we still could have won that game. we are all very disappointed that out run was ruined by something this trivial even though we had the skill to compete and win without connection issues. Our gamertags are xOpTiC FAILx , Cudi tha Kid, and xxPuRe HeRoxx and we play on Xbox One. I guess I am just posting to see if there is anything you can do to help us with this situation because like I said, we are all extremely disappointed that we got ripped of our trials prizes and bragging rights just because of an error. 8 RepliesUnfortunately there isn't much that can be done here, other than to suggest getting the team together and giving it another run. Note that Bungie has added a connection recovery system to the Trials of Osiris to help avoid these situations as much as possible, however, disconnects can occur.

5 RepliesHappened to me and my friend as well. Tried 3 cards on Sunday, got as far as 7-0 only to be disconnected each time. Then twice more today. After it happened on first game on our second card, our other teammate left as he said it happened to him multiple times too the other day and had had enough. Didn't blame him Our second card on Sunday was the most unusual since we were ahead 4-1. Other team caught mine off guard with a double self Rez and as soon as I died, my screen froze. I walked over to my friends screen to see him and our third teammate lagging at the scoreboard screen. I knew it was over and the loss would count regardless of mercy boon. The game reloaded for my friend and teammate, but it said I had already left. And for some reason the score was switched 0-2 giving them the lead. It was pretty disheartening, so hoping a system can be put in to fix it. Enjoyed our time still other than those discrepancies
