35 arena
I did the 35 arena on another character and didn't receive the ship, shader, or emblem. Does anyone know why?

They all only drop after the 1st time you open the chest. I have only opened the chest once, but have seen many post saying that you only get those items once. Kind of odd if you ask me, but ??!!?.
