I was playing in the ToO with some lower level friends when were matched against this team (screenshot linked) and as soon as the game loaded our party chat disconnected and shortly after I got kicked out of the game. Went to my computer and my internet was also down for about 40-60seconds. I came back to the game and my teammates both had the same thing happen to them. Thanks for taking a look into this. It was clearly an attack, not just my net crashing.
