Blades of Crota
They never appear like they used to on the Earth & the Moon. Where can I find them to complete these bounties?

Apparently they're not spawning anymore, most likely so they don't conflict with wolf packs. Just go to the fist of crota mission on earth and run straight past the horde at the beginning. It'll take longer to load than it will to reach the blade and kill him. You can also get the 15 sword kills in one run here.
