I'm going to face the truth, I will never make Lighthouse
Giving my PVP track record, and skirmish performance, Lighthouse is only a dream. I doubt I will perform that well in ToO
So those that made it, are there anything exclusive from Lighthouse that I will be missing out?

I actually made lighthouse last night, never thought I'd actually done it. I teamed up with friends I met while grinding IB. We ended up going 9-1 but thanks fully I had the mercy boon. As Happy as I am for making Lighthouse, I don't feel like I earned it though. I got there mostly because of my teammates; their skill just severely overshadows mine, even though I was actually responsible for a few clutchy moment that shifted the game to our favor.

Been there. Not missing much bro trust me. Now the lag switchers are out in full effect too, or destiny servers kick me or team out. Not worth it man.

Other than that, it's just nice to finally have a good void primary. You should be fine with Fatebringer and Vison of Confluence for arc and solar burn. The exotic emblem is nice if you're into showing off to your friends on the roster.

The rewards aren't spectacular its just nice for PvP players to finally have a good reward system. You are missing out on PvP centric guns with elemental burns and the chance of an exotic drop. A lot of people are making it out to be the holy grail of Destiny. Its really not. Don't give up though man. I made this topic as kind of a place for people to share there stories. 3 RepliesWhat is strange is that, even though I suck at pvp, crucible still occupy 50% of my game time. In the past 2 days, I've seen people with the eyes of osiris exotic emblem in normal match, especially skirmish which I play a lot to practice for ToO. They don't do that well, they barely able to go positive and their score contribution is usually less than 20% in a 3 man team. I know for sure that they made lighthouse because I get killed by their elemental ToO primaries. They seem to play alone though, so do they only perform well with their team or am I missing something?

I just can't do it. I've been able to get 1 win, but I just don't have the luck. NONE of my friends play PvP. LFG sites all want lvl 34 people with thorn (don't have mine leveled since I just got it). all I want is the 5 wins for a chest armor. don't even really care for the lighthouse...

Most of my friends quit playing destiny and I feel that asking for help on the forums would be a waste of time because of quitters looking to get to the lighthouse, didn't bother playing it this week maybe I'll give it a shot next week

You only get elemental primaries and an exotic emblem. If you got enough elemental primaries your not missing out on much. If you wanna check the emblem I've got 2 charas with it equipped.

12 RepliesYea the ones with the burn I gess for bragging rights but if you play and get the regular weapons it's the same thing. Your not going to be using them in pve anyways lol there's better pve weapons

Hell we can't even get one win, I have no clue how a team can go 9-0. We're pretty decent at normal PvP, but don't stand a chance with Trials, get one shotted by Snipers or 2 shotted by Thorn immediately. I guess I'll stay with PvE and normal Crucible.

I got flawless on all three character, only thing you're missing is the equivalent to a PoE chest and the social space is like the key
