Similar to how the Vestian Dynasty is, I think the Prison of Elders weapons would be more efficient if they all had access to Disciplinarian as their 'main' disruptor perk and then were randomly rolled a secondary disruptor perk like Shank Burn, Dreg Burn, etc. That way so they're all equally strong against Fallen since they have access to the main Fallen Disruptor perk, but could be even stronger in certain scenarios depending on what secondary perk you were rolled.
