My main complaints are PvE issues such as the low ammo reserve and lack of damage for such a small amount of ammo and low fire rate. Only having 12 rounds for a primary is horrible and leads to the player getting pin and eventually killed due to a lack of ammo and/or getting killed trying to get ammo. Next is the damage to rounds per min the gun has (which is easily made trival by other weapons) and makes crowd control difficult as it takes more than 6 head shots (which takes a lot of time and half your ammo) to take down armored (yellow health bar) enemies commonly encountered in the prison of elders (which is freaken epic by the way). Personally I enjoy the slow fire rate as it requires more skill to use the weapon that way as you cannot spray with the No Land Beyond as it is a bolt-action weapon. My solution is that the damage be upped so that boss fights and crowd control is possible and the fire rate stay the same so that is does no become Over Powered. In PvP I have no complaints about the fire rate this is because I have only died when I miss the head shot at medium range (once I missed they got in my face and pummeled me to death). To increase the fire rate would just lead to more problems in PvP. P.S. The weapon looks amazing and in my option is the best looking exotic gun in the game as well as how unique it is with the wood body and stock as well as being a bolt-action.
