Speaker should have class material exchange
Between sapphire wire, hadronic essence and weapon parts I am seriously low on these materials - both before wolves but even more so now. Speaker has 4 empty slots that could be the class materials and weapon parts. There is a serious problem when I have 50+ exotic shards, but only 40 weapon parts. I like to have load outs on each character to try different weapons and armor with different perks. It keeps the content fun and interesting instead of using the same weapons over and over via the app. Between all this new gear and ascending and rerolljng weapons I am fresh out. It makes sense for the speaker or the gunsmith + vanguard vendors to sell these. All other upgrade materials are now available. Why not these? Please consider this Bungie!
Btw I know I could farm patrol or dragon strikes, but I much prefer pvp with my "downtime." Please vote if you agree!

Agreed. Im getting tired of having to farm strikes. if it was possible to convert other class materials for say 50 glimmer an exchange. It would save a ton of time sitting for hours trying to gather 25 weapon parts or materials from strikes or patrol.

Agreed. Also yep needs mark exchange & mats exchange of all types. I'm deleting spin metal by the ton. Same as the rest - swap for equal mats, motes or glimmer. Ideally a whole new vendor accessible at the reef and the tower. Speaker is quite a trek :)
