I go to the tower and see that I have a reward to collect with Petra Venj and I know it's a reward because it says it when I hover over the green notification box on the tower. I go to Petra to collect the reward and the reward doesn't show up but the green notification box is still there, even when I leave. It's annoying and is not making my game experience better.
