The other day I was working on the last piece of my PvE Grimoire (VIP kills) and decided to entertain myself during the tedious repetitive routine. For every time I went down from orbit and came back, I tried to come up with at least two new modifiers that would be interesting in the game. I came up with both new abilities for (new) sub classes, perks for both armor and weapons and even possible items. Here is the list of all I came up with. Feel free to suggest your own. I'll be updating the list every now and then with all the ones I've heard or come up with myself:
Class specific
Warlock
New subclass ability
-Arc Web: enemies hit receive arc damage and spread it to all other targets close enough to chain (SUPER)
-Magnetic grenade: enemies caught in this explosion will be slowed down (massive agility decrease) (Grenade)
Ability modifier
-Spaghettification: Vortex or solar grenades disintegrate bullets
-Sacrifice: Transmit fireborn to another dead/alive teammate
-Healer: Spend your super energy to revive an ally beyond help (hard raid)
Titan
New subclass ability
-Blazing charge: titan charges through and wrecks havok in his wake (SUPER)
-Riot: Enemies hit by this grenade turn on each other temporarily (Grenade)
-After landing from a certain height, you send a wake of energy through the floor that damages all enemies nearby (Extra)
Ability modifier
-Caboose: Shoulder charge can be chained (Titan can continue the sprint after a shoulder charge hit)
Hunter
New subclass ability
-Void space: time is slowed down greatly for all enemies caught in the blast,
-Void knife: hunter teleports to enemy after landing a critical hit with his throwing knife (Melee)
-Hook: enemies caught in this grenades blast radius are unable to move for some time (Grenade)
Ability modifier
-Epilepsy: Blink range is greatly extended
Weapon based (better for certain weapons types)
-The longer the shot fired the greater damage it can inflict (Sniper)
-Blink shot: if you hold your trigger after a critical hit, you teleport behind your target (Sniper)
-Rocket divides itself up to 5 different targets upon launch (Rockets)
-Some bullets have a chance to aggressively track targets (Any)
-This weapon can shoot through the ward of dawn (PvP)
Non class specific Armor perks
-Glimmer drop is increased
-Increase engram drop rate
-Permit sparrow tricks without tumbler
-Tracker: location materials appear in your radar
-Treasure hunter: treasure chests appear in your radar
-Ghosthunter: dead ghosts appear on your radar
-This stat depends on grimoire score
-After sprinting for a while you speed increases as you continue to sprint
-This armor increases your resistance against a specific element (PvE and PvP)
-ARMOR SET BONUSES
Items
-Armor telemetry
-Experience holder (saves experience to be used up later)
IDEAS
-Ghost shells and class items could have passive perks too
-Elemental burn
-Damage increase against specific class (PvP only)
Glyph/Rune/?? system
-Glyphs drop from certain high profile targets (raids, bosses, VIP, Trials, Elders)
-Glyphs are set on the third subclass ability slots to build the tree

All sounds good except for the piercing shots on the ward of dawn. that would make the defender Titan useless in pvp
