After six loyal years to this shitty-ass company they decide to change my gamertag because apparently "ZwaZtica" violates the code of conduct.
I was already on the fence about my decision to buy an xbox one, but now that you changed my gamertag and want to charge me an additional $10 to change it again sealed the deal. Good job Microsoft in your quest in losing valuable customers. Keep it up you -blam!-s. I congratulate your efforts to improve customer service. It's failing miserably.
Edit: apparently people don't relize that a swastika is the Hebrew symbol for hope and peace. I'm aware the [url=http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law]-godwinslaw!-[/url] flipped it into something that's not so appealing to our culture, but nevertheless, it's a symbol of hope.
Edit: Apparently I didn't make myself clear. I can care less if they change my gamertag. What I'm upset about is the fact that they're making me pay $10 to re-change it.

I have had to change my GT through force over 8 times, and have even had XBox customer service laugh when I tried to find out why I was forced a free change, I believe his exact words were "You are wondering why you were forced a change when your name is MyHairyBeanBag?" Rumple4skin, Sack Dangles, Quesadildo, (and Quesadildo didn't last over 24hrs before a forced change) and not once a charge, except when I messed up my free change and didn't like the name I chose, then payed to changed it myself.

1 ReplyEveryone I've ever known that had a name that violated the code of conduct it would allow you to change your name for free. I'd get tons of requests to report someone's name so they don't have to pay.
