A forth guardian type? Share your thoughts

I'd like to hear everones ideas for a forth guardian class including any subclass ideas. I was thinking that they should make a mash up of all three and call it "Ranger" or "Nomad". Void class: throwing knife, nova bomb variant, maybe throwing knife steals health as it's final perk? Give us a void version of razors edge? Blink/hover. Arc class: bubble shield, self revive? Maybe have enemies take damage when breaching the bubble shield as its final perk? Have an arc super that chains to near by enemies? Share your ideas

    I think the 4th guardian class should be a -blam!-ing Crybaby Bitch. Its special can be the ability to turn any weapon, ability, opposing class, map or game to worthless shit with the power of their tears. From reading the forums, I already know it will be the best represented class in the game.

      • A fourth guardian class is interesting but all the qualities your putting up are a bit silly in comparison to the others. Ranger and nomad are both aspects of the hunter class and the combo of all the other class abilities is kind of a cop out. I think a fourth subclasses would need to be entirely different. For example Beserker class: Subclass one: solar liger with a super that generates a sword of crota made of solar energy Subclass two: arc falcon with a super that calls bolts of arc energy on every enemy within a certain radius Subclass three: void wolf with a super that summons a large wolf made of void energy that attack all enemies that get close to the guardian. Anyway that's just a roughly thought out idea but I hope you enjoy it.

              A character with the power of telekinesis. Able to throw guardians at close range for a super, a punch that causes the enemy to go blind, and a grenade that shows recent enemy movement and slows them down when close. Give it more recovery and armor but the option to even it out. You wall run to get places quicker as a final perk. For the subclass give a bow and arrow with an explosive tip. Instead of jumping you master hardcore parkour. Maxed out agility perks. And a kick to the face for for a Melee. Arc burn for the subclass. Solar for the primary class.

                  • Don't know that it would be a fourth class, but I would love to play as a dark/evil guardian. One that would interact with the game world in a completely different manner. Don't know how they could implement this, but think it would be pretty cool.

                    • I suppose they'd have to give us another character save slot too. Another elemental modifier would be nice too. Arc (Lightning), Solar (Fire), Void (Arcane), perhaps an Ice element?

                      • they already had one lines up. It's called the loremaster. You gotta bring him along in your fire team to learn more about the story and he is the only way to get the new exotic rocket launcher that's better than the ghorn

                          What about a Juggernaut? A guardian that controls Gravity. The melee could be like the gravity hammer from Halo but obviously not a one shot kill. And the grenades could be like what Peter Quill used in the beginning of Guardians of the Galaxy where he throws the magnet device and the orb is drawn to it. And the super could be similar to a Nova Bomb but more like a black hole, and when you get sucked in it causes the "you are forever lost in the dark corners of time" effect.

Share your ideas[/quote] Mist ranger: a support class specializing in area control and mobility. super ability: dissolves into a damaging mist and simultaneously teleports out of danger. Those caught in the mist take damage and move slowly. The MR can then shoot them as they stumble around. Grenades: the rotten egg: cracks open and released a smaller cloud of mist similar to the super. The teleporter grenade: damages the enemy caught in its radius and teleports them away The stasis grenade: extra damage when stuck (1 hit kill in pvp). Those caught in its radius can not move for 1.2 seconds. Mobility: ascension: a highly vertical jump with increased damage resistance while airborne. Melee: a tendril of mist released from the hand similar range of warlock melee which solidifies on contact causing damage.

                              • An assassin class. Xixus agent of the nine, uses the darkness to battle the darkness. Subclass 1 soul sucker: super: AOE darkness cloud (similar to hive wizard) enemies caught in cloud are slowed and a portion of damage dealt is returned to guardian as health. Subclass 2: light giver: at the cost of a portion of your health you can transform your darkness into a beam of pure light to destroy enemies, killing enemies with this super triggers health regeneration for your other fireteam members.
