Why do people not like Broman?
I just watched the PoE Stream, thought it was pretty cool, and then I go on the forums and see a bunch of people hating on Broman, what's up with that?

Not to say he isn't a nice guy, I don't know him and people dont watch streams just to watch skilled players, so I have no hate for him personally. Nor have I directed any hate, this is my opinion on why some people aren't impressed. I could be wrong.

His behavior was exactly what would earn you das Boot in my fireteam. Getting excited is one thing and perfectly fine. Not reigning it in to the annoyance of other people is not fine.

I just wish he would not yell so much lol I had to adjust my volume constantly I don't watch YouTube or twitch streams so I could care less I was there for the reveal. I don't care to watch people play games.

I watched a bit of the stream today, and I don't "hate" the guy, just not impressed with his actions. This was front page of twitch (though not a prime time). A good amount of people who likely don't play Destiny (or stopped) tuned-in and may have been turned away. Broman's actions weren't malicious intentionally, but certainly did not help in growing or uniting the community.

People will always find something to hate. If he had been quiet, they'd call him out on that. If he'd asked too many probing questions bungie would have shut him down and people would have talking about him snooping. How do you appeal to everyone?

Yeah...his stream isn't terrible but he was definitely terrible in the stream today. I'll go out on a limb and say this will be his last live stream with Bungie.

He was pretty obnoxious but I've seen a few of his videos before and he wasn't like that. He should've asked more questions rather than mindlessly yelling like he just got stabbed in the kidney.

From what I can understand he did a poor job asking questions on behalf of us and just treated the whole thing as a lets play by yelling and screaming a lot. He needed to understand that while it's ok to do that he also needed to get as much info out of the lead designer as possible, which he didn't attempt to do. He was very selfish. However since that is the norm for him I would rather shift the blame to whoever asked him to take on that role. Perhaps bring a more mature streamer or deej making a poll or something to gather questions from the community. Go through some kind of screening throughout the stream (often requiring many moderators) to get questions through to them like many yahoo, ESPN, etc..etc streams do.

Broman may not be the best player but that doesnt mean anyone one person should be qualified to go to Bungie over another. Bungie picked him because they wanted to not cause of skill.

Because he wont shut up. He over reacts to everything and just wont shut up. And hes not any good either. He is the same way on his twitch channel. Always yelling and just being stupid. O and did i mention he isnt any good at the game? He gets carried through everything

He's not like that all the time. He is vary funny and tells it like it is. If you want to see what he is like when he's no so hyped( and to be honest who wouldn't have been) then check out he stream on a normal day.

I thought that while the screaming would occasionally get annoying, it was still very enjoyable to watch.
