I've been around since the alpha. I've got a full time job, a wife, and three kids..I can't afford to be a hardcore player. That said I've done pretty well in the exotic drop department..all except for Gjallarhorn. Yes, I could have bought it that one glorious week when Xur sold it but I didn't and I know I'm not alone. We didn't know how crucial it would be. Finally, today, it dropped after I solo'd the Nightfall. I'm 35..I've played a lot of games over the years and scored some coveted loot..but I've never been more happy than when G'horn dropped this morning. EDIT: Made it to the trending page on the app. Thanks for the "congratulations" guys. Yeah, I'll try not to blow myself up too much! EDIT 2: Sorry that the pic is wonky. Hard to take one when your jumping around with joy ;-) EDIT 3: just solo'd with my warlock and got sunbreakers...not quite as exciting EDIT 4: Finished with 9 coins for my Titan..sigh..oh well, can't complain this week
