Pulsing ghost on the Moon
Whilst doing a patrol on the moon, came across a pulsing ghost, emitting waves of light.
Anyone know what it is, or seen it on another map, or is it a bug?

A bug? I know once when I was scanning the cracks on the moon, my ghost didn't despawn like normal (that mission where your trying to find the ritual with the travelers shard) and my ghost remained there, ever pulsing.
