I've never seen "Environmental Hazard" before, it looks just like a vortex grenade or a warlock nova bomb when you have it set to vortex... This person is definitely a titan too, I kept the clip going so you can see their character. At first I was thinking this could have been a spike grenade but if it was, wouldn't it have said i was killed by a spike grenade? And it didn't even look like a spike grenade. What the hell is this? I'm confused. EDIT: so thanks to yall, the mystery has been solved. Must have been a warlock who threw a vortex grenade, and the explosion from the box on B being shot that killed me. I heard about guardians doing some crazy things like Titans using blink strike or warlocks using golden gun in crucible lately so I was wondering if this was related. Thanks for helping me figure this out!!
