Most annoying Halo enemy?
For me it just has to be the watchers. You put a few bullets into them and they take off like a rocket-ship, and then come back when you have cleared the area to revive every enemy you just killed.

Watchers definitely. It felt so good when I assassinated one of them.

Flood ranged forms are pretty annoying, but in Halo: Reach, the Elite Ultras on legendary were stupidly overpowered and common. Their tendency to take cover after 25 minutes of getting their shields down was most inconvenient.

Edited by Potomo: 5/6/2015 1:35:27 AMJackles for two reasons. One, their one hit snipers are BS and two, the hit boxes for their heads in some of the Halo games is off. Sometimes you can hit them in the face and they still won't die.
