DeeJ, I also disagree with your opinion on trading.
You used your reason as saying "I earned my thunderlord in a match with datto and not datto gave it to me." My opinion on that is while it is true we have to keep in mind the current reward system. I had a horrible match last night and still got a silimers wraith auto rifle. Did I earn this weapon playing in the game? The answer to this question is no.
I realize bungie is changing the way this works in the house of wolves patch, but the damage is really already done with the guy in last place getting exotics and the guy in first might have gotten a blue class item engram.
What should happen is trading should make you put in something to get something. You should not and will not be able to give things away to people you would have to give in order to receive. If my friend has 5 of a gun and I have 0 but I want 1 and maybe he wants my suros we trade and I get rid of something I'm not interested in and get something I want.
In a way this would make it like Xur. We want what he has and he wants our strange coins which by description are vibrating so... Yea (not gonna say that makes Xur a freak but I will imply it.)
Just my thoughts on the idea of a trading system.
