Best PvE v. PvP hand cannon rolls...?

I'm just wondering what Guardians have found to be the most effective hand cannon perk rolls in the field... I've got a fatebringer, which I love and cherish, but have had some legendaries drop with impressive rolls in their own right, and I'm just wondering if what I've found compares to what others are using in PvP and PvE. For example, I just (finally!!!!) had a Venation III drop. Love the look of the gun and how it handles in game. Better base stability and reload speed than Fatebringer, with same damage and rate of fire. slightly lower base range, but perks include bonus reserve ammo with each kill (endless PvE ammo basically), Send-It (increased range), and crowd control (bonus damage after a kill). This seems more attuned to PvE, but still really viable in PvP. It's actually pretty close to the Devil you Know I had drop a while back, but with lower ammo count. So, if you want to post, let me know what you've found useful in PvE v. PvP...

  • Im a more PVE than PVP guy, so I usually go for high caliber rounds. the version of TFWPK I have as well as TLW have this and it's great for when you get cornered by some of the larger enemies. Perfect balance is a good one too if you're not a gunslinger hunter. If you need those continuous precision shots, bring a hand cannon with perfect balance and you'll find it hard to miss. For PVP, It's all about large amounts of damage in a short amount of time. So perks that up the rate of fire and reload speed are a must. Not to mention impact and magazine capacity. If you're running around crucible with only 6 shots in a magazine, that's most likely only going to get you one kill per death, unless you're just that good. 8 or 9 and more is best since it's roughly 3 or 4 shots per kill. But this is just from my experience.
