House of Wolves letdown
Is anybody else concerned that they're gonna get a good month of gameplay from HoW then be back in the same grinding boring mode they are now. I feel like the developers are doing just enough to scrape by. There's no way this is a 4-6 month DLC.
Just a couple direct thoughts...
- why not make elders a 6 player gametype?
- thanks for finally letting us upgrade legendary weapons and armor. You know... Considering that by know many people got rid of things they would've wanted to upgrade because you took too long.
- A second tower? Really? We don't need it. Spend all that development time and make another raid or other DLC content.
- oh, bungie... Guess what... Crucible is still broke. Shotguns are still too strong. It's nice that you overpowered the last word and thorn though. Makes it easier for me with the last word.
- finally, just for once Bungie admit when you screw up. Stop calling it all a glitch. We know it wasn't actually a glitch when Xur didn't sell heavy. Nice try. ;)
If only 343 hadn't screwed up MCC and made everyone forget about halo. Then we might have another FPS option. Here's to hoping Blops3 will be good. Well, I'm off to run bounties and pointlessly grind. Peace.

Another point; Keys You screwed everyone over that didn't farm for a weekend( I was in Orlando) by making another one reward a week. this time you can't even do it on different versions, as you only get one key for four different modes. So people get alienated because they didn't want to sit in one area for hours on end just at a chance of multiple rewards

Can you at least wait for it to come out first before bagging it. Please walk to kitchen sink and fill glass with water cause your cup is about as half empty as it can get.

2 RepliesWell I'm pretty sure they made the prison of elders have only three players cause so many people complained that they couldn't get enough players for raids. You can say use LFG but why do you want to meet with randoms and strangers. It can get awkward and annoying. You should also know that it's not the exotic hand cannons that are op it's that there is not a lot of options. You should complain that auto rifles are to weak and need buffs. If autos get buffed you would see the suros, hard light and Monte carlos more often. The other complaint you said shotguns are still op yes but it's not so much the weapon it self but the maps we have do nothing to help it. We need more open maps and have space to use fusion rifles and snipers.

Like what was said before you actually get alot out of $20 it isnt meant to be another game just alittle more to the current game. As for PVP I be leave you are wrong shot guns are not op its not that hard to counter them and if they are really getting to you always grab the special ammo laying around even if you dont need it.

1 ReplyI for one am glad they're adding some different stuff and switching it up. Raids get smashed on release day and then have almost no use to me except for just grinding to the level cap which I hate doing. I'd rather then add a variety of stuff, them adding trials and prison of elders is pretty cool in my opinion. Not the mention all the different paths they're gonna have to get to 34 and the multitude of new gear/weapons I've seen already make it seem like it'll take up a decent amount of my time trying everything out.

I feel like Bungie saying they are currently working on a Raid means us HoW owners will see this a month or so before the Comet comes out. As for the content, A very big Destiny streamer I watch has stated after being able to play HoW, it is a lot more content and a lot better than what we experienced in The Dark Below. He also stated that Prison of Elders is so much better than what the Crota's Raid was and will have so much more replay value. He basically said that HoW will be amazing. I'm looking forward to see what Trials of Osiris will be like this Weds.

13 RepliesI believe they are adding a great amount of content and it is refreshing to see it. They are working on crucible, but it's not their falt everyone is using hand cannons and shotguns, so stop hating on them. They want to see all weapons in there. As far as black ops 3, it's another exo based, into the future game that will be awsome for some and hated by some. It's not the same type of game as destiny so i hope u aren't going to try to compare the two.

5 RepliesFor one shotguns aren't overpowered have u ever shot a shotgun from 3 feet away to Shots would leave a whole bigger then ur ego in it and 1 shot from 10 feet away would kill u and so would 20 and from 30 it would still kill and if it didn't it would still -blam!- ur little world up so quit bitching if u can't kill a guy running at u until they get to 5 inches in front of u then u suck maybe bungie should buff ur gaming skills and nerf everyone else's so u will be happy to bad they can't And crucible isn't supposed to be balanced if everyone was balance hen there would be no point So quit being a little bitch ass pussy and suck it up already

The prison of eldars and trials of osiris snd missions and quests are going to be a good addition to the two raids and new strikes are going to add also .a new raid is coming and i feel itll br here sooner than later

3 RepliesI don't think its fair to judge it before it comes out. We all need to chill out and just play it and see what it's like. Sure many will go through it in a flash - probably me too because we play way too much lol. Most games -- you get a DLC - you play it and do other things like even playing other games lol. So you finish it in a few weeks anyway. The thing with Destiny is that the mechanics, sound, look and feel are so good that playing with friends is fun no matter what you do even bounties. The HoW looks good so far with clear signs that Bungie is paying attention to our posts. They are allowing reforging, leveling up without redoing the skill tree over again - giving us another game play with PoE and plenty of new guns and ammo. The fact that I can take my favorite guns up to 365 is awesome! Give it a chance brother - you may find that it isn't all that bad as you seem to make it out. Sure we will have to grind but that is the nature of this type of game. Hopefully, we will get a bit more story lore to go along with it and my sense is we will although how much is up to anyone's guess. It's easy to bash you as a complainer but I too have written my share of complaints. Thing is that I've seen some positive although slow moving towards good things. Giving us more vault space was one of them. The only thing I hate that they do regarding listening to posts is when they nerf a gun. That shit I just hate.

8 RepliesIt would be 1000000 x worse if all they really added was a stupid raid it would just add to us getting on and doing it for the rewards and getting off til next Tuesday be glad we aren't getting another lousy raid we are actually getting content that we can play for numerous hours and still have fun with if you want repetition go play Call of Duty
