I purchased my dlc through GameStop when I bought Destiny. They gave me an activation code for an Xbox One Destiny Expansion Pass $35. I entered that code and downloaded my dlc back when the game first released. However, recently I have been unable to access my Dark Below dlc. So I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. This took me to the marketplace but rather than an install option, it asked me to purchase the dlc. It's the same for the expansion pass. I've still got the code and receipt and when I enter the code into the marketplace it just says already redeemed (of course). All of the add-on options in the marketplace have purchase options but no install options. I really don't want to buy the pass again, but I can't figure out how to get the DLC back otherwise.
