Closest experience to death.
For myself my heart stopped beating for ten minutes after I was born. And another time about two years ago I was in St Louis and I was in front of the courthouse where the Dred Scott decision was made and this black dude walked up and was in my face and he was going on and on yelling about what happened there and how I was a racist and I seriously thought he was going to kill me. No joke. It was the scariest thing.

12 Replieswas boogie boarding in the ocean. HUGE wave came and knocked me down. I started tumbling underwater then I was knocked down again by another over and over and over. I could tell I was tumbling because I could feel bits and pieces of broken shells and rocks scraping against my back. At one point I got tangled up with a girl that boarding as well. her line from her board wrapped around my head and it was holding me down, beneath the surface. only once I got see what was going on above water because I got my feet under me. when the ocean final ceased its wrath upon us, I took a deep breath of the salty air. alive, in one piece, and nothing more than a few bruises and scratches. we got untangled, our eyes met and she bolted down one side of the beach and I never saw her again. never even spoke to her.
