Hello Bungie members. I am asking if there is any way I can pay Bungie and they will give me weapons.

Nope. You'll have to buy them in-game, or hope they drop from activities. Bungie has no micro transactions.

Haha No Because that would be special treatment and make the game loot system moot if everyone could just buy what they want ingame from Bungie.
