HoW Queen's crown mission icon bug
Yeah I don't have evidence for now but when you have a new story mission for The Dark Below expansion mission it doesn't show the Eris thing but it shows the Queen's crown icon. Supposedly a bug after 1.1.2 update as Bungie added lots of HoW content in Destiny.
