For the last now 2 1/2 months, I have not had a single, solitary legendary weapon engram encode into an actual weapon. Since the Dark Below released, all I've gotten is Ascendant Energy. Couple with that the fact I haven't seen a weapon from a Vanguard or faction package in almost the same amount of time, and I'm convinced RNG is just broken when it comes to me. I want to be able to update my arsenal with new guns, namely for my Hunter, who is a little light on guns because I just started using him a month ago. (Had a full set of gear waiting for him from my other 2 Guardians.) It's frustrating, it really is. And what's worse is there's nothing I can do about it...at...all. I can't get weapons to drop in raids. I can't get them from packages. I can't get them from engrams. It's ridiculous. If it seems I'm a bit miffed...you go through an entire cycle of DLC content without a single engram, package or raid giving you weapons and see how you feel. If it weren't for Nightfalls giving at least a legendary weapon of any type, I'd have no Dark Below weapons at all. And even THAT doesn't seem to happen often for me.
