While I agree that these forums are highly negative I think you are missing the point of why people complain. I would argue that most of the people on here who complain do so not because they hate the game or want to quite but rather because they love the game (at least parts of it) but can't help but feel let down because of destiny (for the most part) overwhelmingly agreed upon deficiencies. These deficiencies include the lack of a coherent story or the numerous bad decisions made by bungie such as forcing players to completely relevel their exotics with the drop of dark below, choosing not to include a raid in the next dlc, and locking ppl who didn't by the dlc out of weekly activities. Destiny has great elements but despite these great elements it still feels incomplete. In addition many of the decisions bungie has made feel as if they're intended to artificially pad play time such as releveling exotics. Then there's decisions that smack of just greed such as locking players out of weekly activities for not purchasing dlc. I would not be surprised if bungie decided to release the next raid as part of the next dlc so they can justify what I imagine will be a ridiculous price tag. I realize they never confirmed that the next dlc would have a raid but everyone expected it to be included and bungie did very little to dispel those expectations. They could have just come right out and said HoW will NOT have a raid months ago it's not like a decision like that was made last week (hell they probably knew it when destiny launched as most of the supposed dlc content seems to have already been built by then) but they didn't they let the hype build rather than be honest and upfront with their customers. It's no wonder people feel so jaded. Like I said people are complaining because they love this game and often times the company who made it to but since launch destiny has been one disappointment after the next all the while ppl keep saying hang in there it'll get better they're still working on it. How long should I really wait. I have said it before destiny was unique. Here is a game that has been quite successful but I do believe that it has enjoyed what I call artificial success. Destiny launched at the right time (there wasn't much competition on the market) combined with the fact that next gen owners were desperate for content to play. I have over 120 friends on my friends list. It used to be that most were playing destiny, I never has trouble putting together a raid now I can't find people to run a nightfall with. Destiny has been losing players since cod came out, then dying light, then bloodborne and borderlands, soon the witcher 3 and Batman arkham knight. I can't wait to see how destiny fairs amidst all these amazing AAA games. Then of course there's the division and other fall titles I really don't think destiny well be relevant come Christmas. I can tell you this much I preordered destiny a year before it came out. I bought the dlc on launch day but in light of bungie terrible decisions and the incomplete feeling this game has I will be adopting the wait and see approach with this company from now on. Bungie started with a lot of good will but they have lost the trust of many loyal fans who have been with them since the beginning and no company can be successful without it's consumer base. If bungie wants to stay relevant they have a lot of good will to win back. Sorry for the rant take care.

Sadly Bungie doesnt listen to anyones ideas or complaints in this app and havent for some time. Its a big joke to them. You want your "gamer voices" heard. Go over to Reddit. Thats all they seem to care about anymore

These forums contain the tiniest mote of the millions of players online. If people are indeed leaving (as you say), then the forums cannot be the cause. Mathematically impossible. I still play, but I can agree with people that have moved on. It's been a long time since I played a game in such disarray.

You're undermining the purpose behind the complains. We are trying to make this game as good as it was intended, for you and I. The pacifist approach only leads to worse games, propelled by sheer hype, for future gamers.
