This has been trending well on the wishlist thread but according to Deej it will get more attention here.
Here we go.
The Gunsmith, Shipright and Guardian Outfitter are a waste of space.
Each one of these vendors need to have very specific types of bounties/missions to allow for progression.
Gunsmith: First, all exotic weapon bounties need to come from him.
Second, he needs to have dailies. Ex. 100 precision kills with autorifles. These could reward synthesis or telemetry and obviously XP.
Third, leveling him up would yield drops similar to leveling up a faction except drops would be completely weapon orientated.
Lastly, level progression would lead to have the eventual unlock of a weapon outfitter. This would allow for paint and other various cosmetic options.
Shipright: Same as far as dailies and bounties to unlock ships. Reputation here would lead to a ship customizing ability
Guardian Outfitter: Same concept except progression would lead to a Armor Shader Creator and emblem creator.
This almost opens up enough content for its own DLC and allows for unlimited replayabillity not to a mention Guardians and their equipment would all be vastly different. With these options the game would be much closer to the promises we recieved during your astronomicaly missleading add campaign. Also, three useless vendors would serve a purpose.
