If you spent as much time playing your guitar as you do....
If I spent as much time practicing my guitar as I do playing halo, I would be Kirk Hammet by now, does your halo playing take away from your music?

I play more guitar than i do halo, sometimes at the same time. (people on live dont want to hear stairway, heheheh)

I really don't need practice... (yes I'm a cocky -blam!-) but Halo has definitely cut back on my music writing... grrr.. but whenever I want to smell my Martin I have to pull it out and satisfy the craving...and play a little.

yeah ever since halo 2 came out i havent picked up my gee, up till about two weeks ago i started playing again...

I'd be in the E.R. for chronic pain. For some reason the xbox controllers are very comfortable for me, but I cannot play guitar for lengths of time anymore because it agitates my left had. Had carpal tunnel from a crap job, and the surgery didn't help too much. It's a sign anyway, look into a game development career. BTW- the music I write/play has alot of odd chords, the finger positions are harder to do since I developed CT syndrome.

for me it's the drums.... Halo has def. cut into my drum time... although i can only play Halo at nite...i try to fit in a practice or 2 during my days if i can... but i guess i'm not too concerned....i'm still playin halo instead practicing my drums

I only play when Im writing something or recording, but it doesnt cut into my halo time

I can't play my guitar very long not because of halo but because of my rist and fingers they start to hert after about 10 minets or so, Ahhhh.
