Hey folks! Question here. Looking to swap from Xbox One to PlayStation 4, is there a way i can get my Guardians with all my skills and weapons from Xbox to Playstation? Reeeeeeeeeeeally don't wanna lose my 30+ Titan, Warlock AND Hunter. Too many hours invested :(
