Halo 3 Title Update
The title update for Halo 3 is now available on Xbox LIVE. New achievements and more await. Details inside.

1. The teaser is NOT A NEW GAME! 2. The skulls are on the MYTHIC MAP PACK so you have to wait and find them. 3. Quit asking about the achievements when you can look in your own damn Xbox! 4. As of what I've witnessed 1000 gamerscore will give you security AND katana no matter what achievements.

So there are new skulls we have to find in the multiplayer maps? What are all the weird names for the skulls? And if the skulls are the previous ones then do we get the achievements automatically?

hey bungie, do i have to get 1000 gamerscore or just 1000 gamerscore with 49 original achievements to get katan and security helmet, im not sure cuz i only need 1 more achievement, 1 from original ones but i cant get it, so im thinking of doing some of the new ones, just one more, would i be able to get it?

Yay, time to never play matchmaking again... I'm so excited. I'll just go play some Gear of War 2 or Rock Band 2, you know? Thanks for ruining the entire system.

You call this an UPDATE?! How about you fix the piece of -blam- matchmaking system and have EVEN matchups, instead of having a team of recruits against a team of general. Plus all of the hard work me and my firends, clan, and even my cousins have gone to get to ranks that seem to impress noobs is GONE. I have to start from the BEGINNING. Could you have had this earlier, before 90% of the people on matchmaking are 6-year-old kids who have trouble holding the controller let alone playing the game. thanks a lot bungie u screwed up big this effing update is horrible who even gave u the GOD DAMN idea to make a new effing update can't u bring the old halo back wen it was actually fun and now ur gunna make even worse things to come i dont really like you in my opinion with these new achievements i'm okay with new maps and dont ban me over a comment ok [Edited on 09.25.2008 1:56 PM PDT]

The update is fine, new maps, achievements and so on are very much welcomed, but one thing has left me with a very sour taste in my mouth after playing Halo 3 earlier and that is a lack of Big Team Battle unless I have the Legendary Map Pack. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can now no longer play with 16 players unless I purchase maps on top of buying the game itself. I find this absurd and has put me off playing Halo for a while now until this is fixed, I am now being restricted from a major part of the game because I'm not buying optional maps. Ridiculous.

Will I get banned if my friend is a 50 in doubles and we play together for a while, then I make it to a 50. Is that considered boosting? cuz that seems legit to me. Also, there is a budget glitch found in forge, if you use it, is it considered content modification and punishable? Please answer mw this, so I am not to get banned for something I didnt know was wrong. Please, I love this game so I dont want a ban. PLEASE! EDIT: I have not become a 50, I just ask, I am only a 41. this is going to be awsome. i didnt get the update yet though because i dont have all the original achievments. i just need four more and they are the campaign meta game scoring achivments for the last four levels. i am not sure if you get the update you will have to get all of the new achievments as well as the old achievments to get the security helmet and katana. can you clarify this plz? thanks. by the way BUNGIE you are the best!!!!!!!! yay i worked so hard to get my 50 gen.. now i gotta play on my 50 to get my general back... wtf bungie that's screwed up... everything else is good.. u should have calculated the exp in everyone's play list so they don't have to start completely over... now all the noobs out there are gonna boost there rank and get a general and say they have skill... or just get a general by legitimacy playing;.. still no skill pretty much.. god.. why? The rest of the updates are good, good job bungie..

halo is still the best game online by far all my friends think it rocks and the update made it even better when i taught it couldnt get better tho only game that could top halo3 is if they make halo 4.stop complaining and play the game more least then if u can ever win a game instead of losing then u might come to like the game. oh wow woopie do im not impressed. In fact i havent been impressed since halos legendary map pack. Its been getting increasingly crappier, i think im about done with halo. i know i'll never buy another bungie game EVER. Most of my friends feel the same peace

at e3 they where gonna show the tralier for halo 4 but bungie canceled it do to lack of time :( so they just showed halo wars [Edited on 09.25.2008 8:24 AM PDT]

Phazon, the trailer said Halo 3 and also yes, it might be Halo 4 but who knows. There is gonna be Halo 4 because at the end of the last level on legendary Chief and Cortana head to a planet which some people reckon is Onyx or a Forerunner planet. Also, has anyone noticed in the trailer it meantions Metropolitan, which is anyword for London. I probabaly only noticed that because I'm around the London area.
