Someone claims to be an admin
Someone online called me a cheat, which isnt a problem because i was playing it normally, but he also claimed to be an admin and the next time he would ban me.
Is this something i can report him for?

Its a bannable offence.

Likely, using the inspect and report function in game. I like the ones who change their gamer tag to bungiehelpxx and pretend to work for Bungie
