As one who prefers the PvE part of Destiny, nerfing weapons stinks. Yeah, I could just see if this were a real situation and the top commanders told their army that they were going to make their weapons less powerful, or accurate, etc. That certainly wouldn't go well. Reminds me of the scene in Aliens when the marines were told they couldn't fire their weapons because it might cause an explosion and one of them then said, something like, 'What are we supposed to use, harsh language?" Sure, I get why some complain about it in PvP, but I doubt if any of us who prefer PvE will be asking for any weapon to be nerfed.
