Xbox 360 to Xbox One?
I have played Destiny on Xbox 360 since launch, and I might be getting an Xbox One soon. Does anyone know if you can still get Destiny for free on the Xbox One and transfer your progress? Bungie claims that it is a "limited time offer" and I want to make sure that it is still available.

If you don't have the digital version of the game you have to buy it again but you can download all purchased dlc for the game again for free just use your same Microsoft account that you used in your xbox 360 for your xbox one and you can download all destiny dlc for free if you have purchased them already

If you don't have a digital copy of Destiny, you will definitely have to buy it again. I'm not sure if the digital download transfers, but it should. I know the season pass did for me at least. ... and yes, your characters/progress do transfer over.
