Seen this pop up a number of times on Facebook - Copyright issues?
Any of you guys come across this?
I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with Destiny and therefore surely Bungie have grounds for legal action? I hate seeing people raking in money for someone else's efforts.

3 RepliesI bought a Jade Rabbit shirt from Teepublic.com I'm studying law as part of my Criminal Justice course in college, and I think that, in [i]THIS[/i] particular case, the only thing they're guilty of is using the Destiny name and logo without permission or citation (but we don't actually know, they might have been given permission). The hoodies don't display any type of logo that I can see.
