So I created a new Xbox Live profile and Microsoft account, and I went to play Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2, and a message came up saying "Your multiplayer privileges have been blocked, starting in offline mode". Anyone know what's going on? My old profile was soft banned for using a megamule mod, but my new profile shouldn't be banned for that, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
