I have grinded the thorn bounty and am on the last stage, but Phogoth Regenerates to full health randomly, sometimes while I am looking at him. I cannot kill him/it, and I can't damage him enough so that Xyor spawns, so I cannot get Thorn. How do I fix this problem? I really want the Thorn and have put a lot of time into the bounty. Thanks
