You camped with a shotgun. You deserve it.

Edited by QuiscalusMajor: 3/31/2015 11:21:09 PMabsolutely -- with those things you're just as likely (perhaps even moreso) to suppress yourself after a botched throw, so if they manage to nail a perfect throw, sucks to be you. game on. they're great for sunsingers too btw, golden gun isn't the only super that suffers. also saw an amazing video of a guy getting nailed with one mid-FoH, he wound up locked in the super pose. check it out: http://i.imgur.com/WIBr0v9.gifv

Guardian,Archon Of Light
Blade Of The Traveler - old
Yes, because what does it suppress Exactley, double jump? -
No it's like saying suppresser grenades can deactivate Ward of Dawn, Arc Blade, and/or Radiance. It'll be WAY too powerful.
-
It should also deactivate Havoc fist and Nova bomb.

Short Story: Yes Long Story: Yes. Suppressor Grenades take a slight/bit more skill to use. They don't necessarily land and stay in the spot thrown, so you can't just throw them at the enemy and hope, when it goes off, the blast radius will hit your intended target. Further, they have a 2 second fuse time, once momentum has stopped, so you're primarily trying to throw them just before their feet. They can't be planted like spike grenades, nor do they stick. In any case, they do exactly what they describe they do: "An explosive grenade that prevents enemies from using abilities for a short time." An ability is anything that "enhances" something standard issue. Such as, but not limited to: - Double Jump, Lift, Glide, Blink, etc - Melee abilities such as Energy Drain, Blink Strike, Scorch, etc - Supers, such as Fist of Havoc, Bladedance and Goldengun "Abilities" you didn't have from the start as a Level 1, but rather unlocked as you progressed through level. Defender doesn't have a super that kills. It does exactly what its namesake says, "Defends". Therefore, it's abilities are geared towards defensive enhancements and since Defenders can't Fist of Panic, Ribbon Dance or Face Melt Bomb another player doing the same, having an "ability" that can temporarily debuff the opposing Guardian and and give them an edge is perfectly fair.

Any super it stops...its kind of stupid honostly...
-
List of grenades that can singlehandedly shut down a Golden Gun. Fusion Solar Vortex Shatter Flux Tripmine Incendiary Lightning Pulse Spike Magnetic Suppresor
-
No it's kind of ridiculous
-
No shouldn't deactivate it. It should just suppress it for say 5 seconds. ..enough time to escape
-
I rather a super be a kill streak reward. 5 kills and you can't stack. You must use the previous super in order to restart the streak
-
how do you make links to your clips? ive got so many to show

The defender doesnt have any offensive abilities except for his weapons, you gotta give him something...
