So.. I had some friends let me kill them in the crucible for thorn bounty..
And I'm ok with it. I get very aggressive doing pvp in this game. So many shotguns..[spoiler]I suck at pvp..[/spoiler]
I just asked my Gf if she loves me any less for boosting and she said no. So the only person whose opinion matters to me accepts me for the dirty scrub I am then I am ok with this. Can't wait to get 2 more thorn bountys :)

Sad. For me, having to cheat to win robs the experience of its satisfaction. Half the joy of having Thorn is knowing that you faced down one of the games toughest challenges. ...and you just robbed yourself of that by taking they easy way out.

5 RepliesI have had this bounty at the PvP part for 3 months. I just don't have the time or motivation to grind the crucible for it when I don't even have a void primary. At this point I should just fine a group to do this with to free up the space for bounties.

I guess if you cool with going the weak route, hey its your game do you ! But ..... you will never feel the rush of excitement to have bested HUMANS ( not repetitious AI ) for the completion of an extraordinary Gun .. so in essence, you still missing something ( a sense of true accomplishment ) . When i found out thats what a friend had me doing ..i dropped out .. and told him ... get good ...you'll appreciate it and use it more ! but its your game do you my friend! Xyor will be your problem tho >.and you will need friends .. my recommendation if you wanna do it st8 up next time the bounty drop ...complete it in Iron Banner ! easy and the real way ! good luck !
