Suggestion: Melee primary weapons (pls read)

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE COMMENTING/GIVING CRITIC So earlier today i posted an idea about melee primary weapons here in forum. After that i was thinking about those melee weapons and actually came up with 3 different melee weapons (1 with each class). Before we go to weapons i have to say that i did not like that every class can use the same weapons. That makes (in my opinion) pretty boring classes. Right now every class is kinda different when they use their super/grenade, but for the most time they shoot bad guys with same weapons. That is why i wanted to make these melee weapons specific to each class. Lets start: Note that these weapons are just ideas, and they are not fully developed. First lets start with the Titan, the class who is basicly the tank of the game. Titan will have longsword kinda melee weapon, similar what we use against crota, or bigger than that. So whats special with this long(big)sword? First of all it can damage multiple enemies, but its not good against one big boss. This weapon would be really good to wipe large amount of enemies in front of you. Imagine using this sword in Crotas End start, when you need to follow these light pole things in the darkness, and you can clear the path for your allies. This sword could also give you more armour, either wielding it, or by getting kills. Now because it gives you more armour and can easily wipe weak enemies (and its really big) this weapon would also give you -2 agility or something similar. This means that you will walk/run slower than others. So pros and cons: + Good against multiple enemies (3-5 with each strike). + longest sword, allowing you to damage enemies with larger area. - Weak against single targets and especially against bosses. - Makes you slower Then the Hunter. I was thinking about dual knives for this class. Hunter has always been that stealth guy, so these knives will support that role. The first perk (or special ability) would be simply invisibility. When you go to crouch, you will turn invisible. So what is special about this? You can gain invisibility when playing bladedancer anyway. Let me explain. First of all, you will get invisibility immediately when you go crouching, but invisibility will lost immediately when you stand up/run/jump. This will force you to stay down, move slowlier and really be that stealth guy. Invisibility is not going to last forever too, but the effect will be longer than with bladedancer/Patience and time. The other perk is backstab, again same ability that bladedancer already have. This time the effect will only work if you are invisible, and when you stab someone from behind while staying invisible, you do extra damage... a lot damage. These knives will also give you +2/+4 or maybe even +6 agility, because they are so light. Pros and cons: + Really good against single enemies if you know how to use them properly. + very light, makes you to walk/run faster. + Gives you invisibility immediately you go to crouch. - Bad against multiple enemies. - Bad if you don´t attack behind. - Invisibility will only work if you move while crouch, making you really slow. And finally the Warlock. This was really tricky and i still have not figured out what would be the melee for Warlock. Warlocks have always been that only real mage class of Destiny. They feel like mages and they look like wizards. Because of that it was obvious to think about staff. How awesome it would be to wear a battle staff in destiny, huh? unfortunately i have not really figured out that kind of great ideas with this staff, so i just list my little ideas for this weapon: Suggestions: - Could push enemies away from you (like fus ro dah, but in destiny style). - Could summon a tiny force field front of you for a short time, blocking all incoming attack. - Could be normal melee weapon, and when killing enemies it will charge the staff with the enemy souls you just killed. After the charge is ready you can do some more powerfull attack (maybe summoning some energy ball from the staff, damagin all enemies that it will hit) - Could be just support weapon, that will give your allies something useful during the fight, like faster movement, greater damage or maybe even health. would this be the first healing thing in destiny?... maybe...? So there is my suggestion to warlock melee weapon. Thanks all of you who wanted to sacrifice a few minutes in their life and read all my ideas from begin to end. If you liked about these ideas please do a big "BUMB" in the comment section. You can also give your own ideas about these weapons, because they are just ideas right. This is after all a feedback section where you can just throw some ideas that hopefully Bungie will read, and think about. EDIT: Forgot to say that these melee primary weapons would be exotics ofc and really rare to get like vex mythoclast/necroghasm. UPDATE: Some answers to few questions that might come to your head. These melee primary weapons will NOT replace your existing melee, and here is example to clarify this: You press R3 to do the weapon melee ability, and R1 to do the normal melee ability. These melee weapons will NOT change the supers you have, like you can do when you wield a sword during the one moon mission. These weapons will just reskin existing supers. For example in "fist of havoc" insted of smashing your hands on the ground, you will smash your sword, and still do the same super. These reskins will work in any super ability if possible (becaus it is hard to reskin golden gun into knives, if you know).
