Once or twice a week, increase the RNG drop rate for certain item types. Tuesday - Increased chance of finding legendary scout rifles Next Tuesday - Increased chance of finding legendary boots Or it could just be integrated into the bonuses for Daily Heroic Stories, Raids, Crucible, etc. It would basically keep everything the same, so the people who are happy with the RNG will remain calm. And the people always complaining about the drop rates will have a glimmer more of hope. Thoughts?
