Edited by The Fallen Zyzz: 4/12/2015 11:48:39 AMI know I am missing Halo. I haven't played a Halo match in nearly 3 years. I just couldn't be arsed renewing my Live subscription as I had just bought a PS3. Now, I am thinking about picking up an Xbone for the MCC and Halo 5. The PS4 exclusives have been pretty stale lately. Even Bloodborne, as good as it was, was basically just Dark Souls with guns. Not necessarily a bad thing, but, it isn't very inspired.
What I said wasn't entirely true, I actually played a few matches of 4 a few months ago at a mate's place. Suffice to say, I still got the moves. Topped that leaderboard 5 matches in a row.
Yep. 343 has officially killed it for me.
-
Halo 5. Hell yea
-
I feel you bruh ;(
-
Not really, considering it's still around.

I miss Halo before they invented sprinting amd the upcoming ADS. Halo 2 was where it was at.

Halo TMCC just doesn't feel like Halo. Maybe it's because none of my friends play Halo, and the ones that did I no longer keep contact with, or have an xbox one

Edited by Eris Mourning my lost fore: 4/12/2015 9:47:59 AMOut of all my years of gaming damn near religiously, nothing beats the days of playing Halo 3 with all my friends regularly. Now we never play the same games at the same time. I might know ONE person who has the same console, and plays the same game as I do, let alone at the same time of day (or night, in my case). But back when I was in high school, EVERYBODY played halo 3. All my friends had it, there was usually at the very least two people online at any given time playing it, so I always had friends to play with and talk to. Rumoring about glitches and getting out of the maps. Playing through the campaign on the highest difficulties. Playing crazy custom games/maps. Talking about who was the best in class/school (we basically all knew how we ranked up compared to each other). Messing with people online (we loved playing Doubles and getting one kill ahead, then hiding as long as we could and hearing them go insane over it). We regularly had full teams of people just from our school, it was really cool. Just chilling with your friends, from another house. Plus, that multiplayer was spot on. Damn I miss those days, and I highly doubt I'll ever have something similar again now that everyone has grown up and is busy. It'll always be one of my favorite games though :)

Edited by OnlineDerp: 3/27/2015 8:45:31 AMThe games were amazing, but what I missed was the community. I looked to this community hoping it would be as great as it's ancestor. But nope, whiney, elitist, toxic crybabies everywhere. I don't know why I come here. The in-game PS3 community is great, the forums are next-gen elitist tards that just think of "muh vault space" all day.

I miss it too so I'm downloading Halo Online right now.
-
I miss the Bungie created Halo.

Nice edit
