hacked or stolen account
hello bungie. i needed help to get my accounts back for destiny. recently i have been hacked and the person deleted all 3 of my characters including the stuff i had on those characters. i would greatly appreciate if u could get them back because i worked very hard for my stuff with 500 hrs of play time. i am on xbox one

Go to Activision consumer support, they actually do have direct support messaging as bungie does not. So does xbox and psn. Contact better business bureaus and consumer groups. Consumer groups have filed legal complaints on Diablo III in response to consumer and product issues. The rules don't mean shit if Bungie is going to continue leaving a bad taste in players mouths. Nobody is going to buy their shit anymore, and it's sad. Chances are you let someone else on your Xbox or xbox live account and they deleted them and Bungie would say that is on you either way. ( even if it isn't ) Sorry it happened. I'd quit before I grinded through all that crap again.

I hate to say it, but there is no way to get it back. Even items lost on Bungie's faults (mobile transfer resulting in lost items) haven't been restored.

8 RepliesSorry man... I'll be harsh and honest, I've read this entire post and your followup comments. Bungie owes you nothing. Hacking regardless of how or why is on YOU and YOU alone. They will not restore your characters or gear regardless of how big this thread gets.
