Ok I'm sick of going 36 and 3 in the Crucible and not getting any rewards for doing good and the worst guy on the team gets a legendary engram. The RNG system for rewards is terrible and doesn't reward the players who work for good rewards. It absolutely NEEDS to be fixed for nightfalls,raids,crucible,vanguard strike playlist etc. So please fix it it's super annoying and is driving players away from playing more often.
