Destiny's most wanted (weapon edition)
You may have seen my Destiny's most wanted polls 1 & 2. This is a continuation of these but based solely on adding a brand new weapon category into the game.
As usual vote for your favourite so we, as a community, can determine which would be the most well received.

EDIT: ideas for melee weapons and rail guns seem to be getting lots of love. Also I think most of you feel SMG's already exist in the shape of high ROF AR's.

1 ReplyI want my mod M38 Mosin-Nagant pseudo-scout. I'm betting you can still dig up ammo for it in the Cosmodrome that's been lying around since the Great Patriotic War, AND that it will still fire. :-P Plus, it's sturdy enough to two-hit melee kill those Blades of Crota when you run out of ammo... [spoiler]Still a better primary than No Land Beyond...[/spoiler]

How about semi-auto pistols? I'm still amazed that they chose revolvers (Hand Cannons) over something more modern.

1 ReplyAR's in this game already are submachine guns, for the most part. I would like AR's. No im not being sarcastic. Split the AR's into sub machine gun class and AR class. That would be good

I'd like to see more magic style weapons. I mean we're able to summon it for aupers, why not channel it through a gun or your gauntlets? Also would like to see melee weapons get some love.

2 RepliesMake class items into something useful rather then just cosmetics. Give the legendary ones 2 passive stats rolled at random I.e +50 discipline and infusion. Give rare ones 1 passive stat I.e pulse rifle loader.
